Program Manager Next Generation Laboratory Balances

Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to lead the development of our next generation laboratory balances. In this role, you will be responsible for initiating, defining, and leading strategic innovation for our Excellence Weighing Portfolio, including software, hardware, and service solutions. You will develop business cases, organize and coordinate voice of customer projects for different segments, and set up the program structure and roadmap in close collaboration with competence centers like R&D, Product Management, and Service. You will also lead project managers of individual development projects and be part of the Strategic Business Unit Management Team.
What You Need to Succeed
To be successful in this role, you will need a bachelor or master's degree in Natural Science (Chemistry, Bio, Engineering) and at least 10 years of relevant work experience in a corporate environment in Project Management, Product Design, Business, and Stakeholder Management. Your experience in the laboratory environment combined with knowledge of the manufacturing industry and in a start-up company is a big advantage for this role. You will also need good business acumen, strong communication skills (across all levels), analytical and data-driven thinking, good technical understanding, good project management skills under high pressure, and a customer-oriented mindset. You will be a networker with excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate cross-culturally with colleagues, team members, and customers around the world with fluent English and German language skills. You will also be open to travel up to 20% globally.
