Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
We are seeking a Program Manager Next Generation Laboratory Balances to lead strategic innovation for the Excellence Weighing Portfolio, including software, hardware, and service solutions. Your responsibilities will include developing business cases, coordinating voice of customer projects, setting up program structures and roadmaps, and leading project managers for individual development projects. You will be part of the Strategic Business Unit Management Team.
What You Need to Succeed
To be successful in this role, you will need a bachelor or master's degree in a relevant field, such as natural science, chemistry, bio, or engineering. You should have at least 10 years of relevant work experience in project management, product design, business, and stakeholder management. Experience in the laboratory environment, combined with knowledge of the manufacturing industry and start-up companies, is an advantage. You should have good business acumen, strong communication skills, analytical and data-driven thinking, good technical understanding, project management skills under high pressure, and a customer-oriented mindset. You should be a networker with excellent interpersonal skills, able to communicate cross-culturally with colleagues, team members, and customers around the world, with fluent English and German language skills. You should be open to travel up to 20% globally.
