Senior Innovation Strategist Laboratory Balances

Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
We are seeking a Program Manager Next Generation Laboratory Balances for our Laboratory Weighing (LabTec) division at the Greifensee location. In this role, you will initiate, define, and lead strategic innovation for the next generation of the Excellence Weighing Portfolio, including software, hardware, and service solutions. You will develop business cases, coordinate voice of customer projects, and lead project managers of individual development projects.
What You Need to Succeed
To excel in this position, you should have a bachelor or master's degree in Natural Science (Chemistry, Bio, Engineering) and at least 10 years of relevant work experience in a corporate environment in project management, product design, business, and stakeholder management. Your experience in the laboratory environment, combined with knowledge of the manufacturing industry and a start-up company, is an advantage. You should have good business acumen, strong communication skills, analytical and data-driven thinking, and a customer-oriented mindset. Additionally, you should be a networker with excellent interpersonal skills and fluent English and German language skills.
