Digital Transformation Advisor

Business & Decision is seeking a seasoned professional to reinforce its Customer Engagement practice. The ideal candidate will have expertise in digital marketing and transformation, with a passion for driving business growth through customer-centric initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies that drive business results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver customer journey maps.
  • Lead workshops and analysis to capture business and functional requirements.
  • Design and implement omni-channel customer journeys.
  • Develop and execute digital marketing programs that deliver tangible results.
  • Define and follow up on project activities, steer colleagues towards a shared objective, and report status to senior management.
  • Play an active role in the growth and development of the team by coaching colleagues and sharing best practices.
  • Stay up-to-date with innovative technologies, such as AI, and apply them to current and future business challenges.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing and/or IT projects.
  • Passion for digital transformation and solution-oriented approach.
  • Data-minded with a strong analytical skillset.
  • Full proficiency in English and French.
  • Interest or experience in digital marketing processes (CMS, web analytics, customer profiling, outbound/inbound marketing, website personalization, AI chatbot, SEO, SEA, ...).
  • Hands-on knowledge of at least one relevant digital marketing tool (Adobe, Mengento, Drupal, Google, IBM, Marketo, Salesforce, SAS).
  • Strong team spirit, balanced by a healthy sense of autonomy.
  • Excellent analytical skills, conceptual thinking, and pragmatic approach.
  • Solid communication and presentation skills.
  • Eager-to-learn mindset and flexibility.
  • Basic understanding of SQL and database modeling (a plus).
  • Certifications in Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies (a differentiator).
  • Experience in consulting/implementation projects (a major asset).
  • Affinity for the financial, retail, luxury, watch industry sector (a plus).
