In our Infrastructure Technology department, you will join our Database Team, responsible for managing over 450 Oracle instances and 200 servers using MSSQL, MongoDB, and PostgreSQL.

Your mission:

• Ensure an excellent level of database infrastructure service in terms of availability, performance, and security.

• Manage and participate in projects to evolve the database infrastructure.

• Ensure the proper functioning and evolution of databases and data warehouses.

• Monitor the database infrastructure and investigate in case of failures or performance issues.

• Provide technical support and operational assistance to various teams (production, testing, application support) and be on standby 24/7 for incidents on production and UAT environments.

To succeed in this role:

• You must hold a degree in computer science, telecommunications, or a similar field.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in managing Oracle and/or MSSQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL databases.

• Knowledge of high availability (Dataguard and Always On) is considered an asset.

• Familiarity with scripting Shell Unix and PowerShell Windows.

• Serious, proactive, motivated, open-minded individual with a strong team spirit.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English.

• Based in Switzerland or willing to relocate.
