Job Overview

Lombard Odier, a renowned global wealth and asset manager, is seeking an experienced Workstation Infrastructure Specialist to join its team. This role plays a critical part in designing, implementing, and maintaining the computing infrastructure and architecture for workstations.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and enforcing standards for hardware, software, and network configurations, ensuring compatibility and interoperability between different systems. They will also collaborate with other IT teams to align workstation infrastructure with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and maintain comprehensive design plans for workstation infrastructure
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures for workstation deployment, management, and maintenance
  • Deploy and configure workstations to meet business needs
  • Manage and maintain workstation hardware and software inventory
  • Monitor workstation performance and troubleshoot issues
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Workstation Architect or in a related field
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Proven experience in desktop support, network administration, or IT consulting
  • In-depth knowledge of workstation hardware, software, and networking technologies
