Senior Malaria Health Data and Digital Strategist

PATH is seeking a seasoned digital health expert to join our Malaria and Neglected Tropical Diseases program as a Senior Malaria Health Data and Digital Advisor. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in digital health to help accelerate efforts towards malaria elimination and global eradication.
Key Responsibilities- Leverage your understanding of the digital health landscape to support national malaria and NTD programs in identifying and implementing innovative digitally-enabled approaches and interventions for malaria.
- Lead the development of collaborative, integrated digitally enabled approaches for countries with diverse malaria stakeholders at the global, regional, and country levels.
- Support partners and malaria programs with the development of digital and data governance, data sharing and data privacy and security standards.
- Advise country-based teams on the implementation of technology platforms for the collection, analysis, and visualization of key malaria indicators.
- Facilitate and inform strategy discussions for digitalization in the malaria space with donors and internally at PATH.
- Connect digital activities within PATH's programs to leverage lessons learned and support implementation of digital health programs.
- Represent PATH's malaria and digital experience and capabilities internally and externally.
- 10+ years of experience designing and implementing digital health programs, including demonstrated experience working with programs and stakeholders in endemic country contexts.
- Advanced technical knowledge of malaria, including existing digital tools, landscape, strategies, and donor priorities.
- Experience with broad range of digital health tools, including open source software solutions and commercial tools.
- Demonstrably strong digital system design and architecture skills, including analytical skills and experience in systems integration and implementation.
- Knowledge of international health interoperability patterns and architectures, as well as standards and standards profiles.
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and effectively prioritize work and projects.
- Ability to travel up to 30%.
- Proficiency in English and French required.
