Senior Corporate Strategist

As a key member of the Corporate Strategy team at IDEXX, you will play a critical role in advancing our innovative diagnostic and information technology-based solutions for veterinarians, livestock producers, and pet owners. Your expertise will be instrumental in executing strategies that oversee our global operations, facilitating and driving critical decision-making through discrete strategic projects and analysis.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and expansion in emerging markets.
- Lead cross-functional teams to analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement corporate strategy, including market analysis, financial modeling, and data-driven insights.
- Partner with business leaders to identify and prioritize strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and suppliers, to drive business growth and expansion.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to inform strategic decisions and drive innovation.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, economics, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate strategy, strategic planning, management consulting, or related roles.
- Proven track record of leading strategic projects and initiatives, with a strong understanding of strategic planning methodologies and frameworks.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and influencing skills, with the ability to effectively present findings and recommendations to senior executives and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Critical thinking, anticipating market trends, and identifying opportunities for business growth and differentiation.
