About This Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant (f/m) to support our management team in the establishment and operation of a new fintech venture.

Responsibilities and Tasks

  • Manage complex schedules, meetings, and appointments for senior executives
  • Coordinate and prioritize internal and external communications
  • Handle travel arrangements, expense reports, and other administrative duties
  • Prepare and review presentations, reports, and documents
  • Liaise with clients and partners with professionalism and discretion
  • Assist in organizing company events, conferences, and other key initiatives

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role, preferably in the financial/trading sector
  • Exceptional organizational skills with an eye for detail
  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) in English
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage competing priorities, and meet tight deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
