Job Description

The successful candidate will assist Senior Legal Counsel(s) IP responsible for the trademark portfolio(s) and drive IP projects independently. Key responsibilities include conducting trademark availability searches, handling registration processes, dealing with objections from IP Authorities, and updating internal databases.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Solid experience in the trademark field within an international environment or alternatively a law firm;
  • Familiarity with online databases and web-based IP Management Systems;
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills, including the ability to handle competing priorities;
  • Flexibility, proactivity, team player skills, and the ability to take initiatives;
  • Extremely accurate attention to detail; and
  • Curiosity and agility with the ability to work autonomously.
