Job Description

We are seeking an Intellectual Property Specialist to join our team in Vevey, Switzerland. This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary of approximately CHF 80,000 - 100,000 per year, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist Senior Legal Counsel(s) IP in managing the trademark portfolio and drive IP projects independently.
  • Conduct online screen searches and full availability searches for trademarks and analyze results.
  • Handle trademark and industrial design registration processes from filing to grant.
  • Deal with objections issued by IP Authorities and negotiate agreements.
  • Monitor deadlines and update internal databases.
Requirements:
  • Solid experience in the trademark field within an international environment or a law firm.
  • Familiarity with online databases and web-based IP Management Systems.
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills.
  • Flexible and proactive with excellent communication skills.
