Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Global Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) Marketing Specialist to join our team in Kilchberg. As part of our Global Retail department, you will be responsible for shaping marketing activities related to our physical Lindt Shops and Online Shops worldwide.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Implement global Portfolio strategies across our physical Lindt Shops and Online Shops
  • Identify best practices for building traffic, driving conversion, and repeat purchases for our Lindt Shops globally
  • Collaborate with subsidiaries to support local implementation of our global newsletter/CRM content strategy
  • Analyze portfolios, create impactful presentations, and take on small projects
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration or related field
  • First working experience in FMCG, retail, e-commerce, or hospitality sector preferred
  • Entrepreneurial, proactive, and communicative personality
  • Strong analytical and structured thinking skills
  • Fluent English, German language skills essential; additional languages a plus
Salary and Benefits:

We offer an attractive salary range of CHF 80,000 - CHF 120,000 per year, commensurate with experience, along with benefits including comprehensive health insurance and retirement plans.
