**Role**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute a cohesive brand experience strategy that aligns with GM's global vision, ensuring consistent and impactful messaging across all channels and touchpoints.
- Leverage consumer insights, market research, and competitive analysis to inform the development of brand strategies and marketing campaigns that differentiate GM in the marketplace.
- Lead the creation of innovative marketing campaigns for GM products, including vehicles, accessories, parts, and services, ensuring all creative materials adhere to strict brand guidelines.
- Manage the portfolio of corporate creative content, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand objectives.
- Partner with key internal teams, such as Customer Experience, Digital Business, Product, Network & Distribution, and Design, to redefine how consumers engage with GM brands and products.
- Work closely with PR, Marketing, and Sales Operations teams to develop and execute storytelling strategies, consumer messaging, and transactional strategies that drive brand and nameplate value.
- Handle external vendors to execute promotional events and campaigns, ensuring seamless integration with overall brand strategy.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, CRM teams, agencies, and GM partners to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing strategies.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of GM staff and agency partners, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Identify and nurture talent within the team, providing coaching and development opportunities to drive performance and career growth.
- Oversee budget decisions and resource allocation to activate on the brand experience strategy effectively.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Extensive and diverse marketing experience, with a track record of success in leading brand and product marketing initiatives.
- Exceptional decision-making skills, particularly in ambiguous situations, with the ability to negotiate and make trade-offs without damaging relationships.
- Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in marketing, with a strong background in automotive experiential marketing
- Strong leadership and team-building skills, with a passion for developing and motivating talent.
- Highly effective project management and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and persuasively across various settings.
- Willingness to travel as needed to support marketing initiatives.
