Sales Support Professional

Mandarin Oriental Savoy, Zurich is seeking a Sales Support Professional to join their Groups & Events Sales Department. As an integral member of the team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure smooth operations and efficient coordination.
In this role, you will work closely with the Groups & Events Sales Team to process inquiries, prepare offers, and maintain customer data. Your tasks will include communicating with clients and internal departments to coordinate event details, assisting in the preparation and follow-up of events, and collecting and analyzing customer feedback after events.
The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, good time management, and excellent communication abilities. Proficiency in MS Office and hotel software is also required. Additionally, very good German and English skills are necessary for this role.
