The Crypto Finance Group is a dynamic and fast-paced company that is leading the way in the blockchain industry. As the Head of Markets, you will have the opportunity to play a key role in scaling revenue and driving business growth.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Strategic Partnership Development: Build and maintain high-level partnerships with key clients to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
  2. Commercial Strategy Execution: Endorse and deliver the commercial strategy, ensuring alignment with company goals and the group vision.
  3. Institutional Business Development: Proactively drive the business towards institutional clients, identifying new opportunities and leveraging existing relationships.
  4. Industry Representation: Represent the company at major industry events and conferences, staying ahead of evolving trends and market activities.
  5. Team Leadership: Manage team processes, ensuring adaptability, problem-solving, and accountability within the organization.
  6. Team Performance: Take responsibility for the Sales, Trading, and Product Management teams, ensuring the highest level of service and performance.
  7. Leadership and Mentoring: Lead by example, empowering and mentoring teams to reach their full potential.
  8. Process Improvement: Identify improvement opportunities and drive impactful changes to enhance client and employee experience.
  9. Culture and Values: Enable and deliver the company vision and values, fostering a work environment that values transparency, innovation, continuous learning, and ethical behavior.

Requirements

  1. Leadership Experience: More than 10 years of relevant work experience in a similar position in an international and fast-evolving environment, including a strong network of stakeholders and clients.
  2. Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and support teams.
  3. Market Understanding: Good understanding of market demand and client behavior.
  4. Results-Oriented: Proven track record of a structured approach and rapid execution at the highest standards.
  5. Self-Motivated: Self-driven, result-oriented, and hands-on, with an attention to detail.
  6. Collaborative: A dynamic person with a positive attitude and strong collaboration skills.
  7. Communication Skills: Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
  8. Language Skills: Very good written and verbal communication skills in both German and English.
