Job Description:

We are seeking an information systems or IT audit professional (m, f, d) as a Senior Risk Management Specialist to support the development and optimization of processes and applications in the context of operational risk management. The ideal candidate will monitor internal and external OpRisk incidents and ensure periodic reporting, control data and processes, and consolidate Key Risk Indicators on a monthly basis.

Responsibilities:

• Support the development and optimization of processes and applications in the context of operational risk management\
• Monitor internal and external OpRisk incidents and assure periodic reporting\
• Control data and processes, and perform monthly consolidation of Key Risk Indicators\
• Responsible for data modeling and implementation of new reporting requirements\
• Structure and design workflows, and maintain regular contact and coordination with internal and external stakeholders\
• Perform annual OpRisk Self-Assessment and assist in organizing workshops with the Division and Business units as well as Foreign Entities\
• Contribute to Business Continuity related tasks and other ad-hoc responsibilities\
• Work collaboratively with various departments worldwide to achieve common goals\
• Develop analytical skills, ability to communicate, liaise, and collaborate with other departments\
• Strong organizational skills, curious and challenging mindset, strong team player, self-motivated, and ability to collaborate with multiple locations worldwide\
• Fluent in German and English language\
• Candidates with experience in risk management of processes as an IT auditor in a bank (CISA) and knowledge of Microsoft environment are highly desirable\
