Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality patient care, promoting health and well-being through evidence-based practices and effective communication.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring seamless patient transitions and optimal outcomes.
- Utilize electronic health records to document patient information, communicate with healthcare providers, and track progress.
- Adhere to departmental and system protocols, regulations, and education requirements to maintain a safe and compliant work environment.
- Nursing Diploma: Nursing (Required)
- BLS - Basic Life Support - American Heart Association (AHA), RN - Registered Nurse - New York State Education Department (NYSED)
- Medium Work - Exerting 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 10 to 25 pounds of force frequently, and/or greater than negligible up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects
- Competitive pay rate: $44.00
- Full-time position with 40 hours per week
- Monday to Friday, day shift schedule
