About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Rochester Regional Health. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and promoting a positive patient experience.

About the Department:

Our Endocrinology department provides care to adults with a variety of diagnoses, including diabetes, thyroid disorders, osteoporosis, hormone imbalance, PCOS, weight management, and support for the transgendered community.

About the Job:

• Provide patient care and service, promoting and restoring patients' health through the nursing process.
• Develop and document individualized care plans customized for each patient's unique needs.
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team members to ensure effective patient care.
• Supervise assigned team members and maintain effective communication to convey patient health status, treatment plans, and progress.

Requirements:

• Nursing Diploma: Nursing (Required)
• BLS - Basic Life Support - American Heart Association (AHA)
• RN - Registered Nurse - New York State Education Department (NYSED)

Physical Requirements:

M - Medium Work - Exerting 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 10 to 25 pounds of force frequently, and/or greater than negligible up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.

Pay Range:

$33.00 - $44.00
