Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our Endocrinology team at Rochester Regional Health. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and promoting health and wellness in our community.

• Provide direct patient care and support to patients with endocrine disorders, including diabetes, thyroid disorders, and osteoporosis.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Conduct thorough assessments, develop and implement treatment plans, and provide education to patients and families.
• Utilize electronic health records to document patient information and communicate with healthcare teams.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of departmental policies and procedures.

• Current RN licensure in New York State.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
