Administrative Assistant to the C-Level Team

We are a leading global financial services firm, part of the G-20 Group, with a strong presence in Switzerland. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Administrative Assistant to join our C-Level Team.

This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with our senior executives, providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our business.

The ideal candidate will be a master multi-tasker with excellent communication skills, able to handle a wide range of administrative tasks, including:

  • Organizing and preparing documents for meetings, presentations, and reports
  • Coordinating travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodation, and transportation
  • Assisting in planning and executing special projects and initiatives
  • Acting as a liaison between the C-Level Executives and internal/external stakeholders
  • Maintaining polite and professional communication via phone, email, and mail
  • Tracking project progress and ensuring deadlines are met
  • Anticipating the needs of others to ensure their seamless and positive experience

The successful candidate will be a highly motivated and entrepreneurial individual with a strong interest in finance and trading. They will be a fresh graduate from a top-tier university, such as ETH or UZH, with a strong academic record and excellent communication skills.

The ideal candidate will also possess:

  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Fluency in English is a must
  • Excellent at multi-tasking and able to prioritize tasks
  • Resourceful and trustworthy person
  • Prior administrative and operational experience
  • Excellent computer skills: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Attention to detail
  • Desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for others
