We are seeking an experienced Trade Support Professional to join our LNG Division. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective management of the physical movement of goods.
Main Responsibilities:
- Coordinate all aspects of post-deal trading activity for LNG products, ensuring contract execution runs efficiently.
- Provide commercial/market information to traders as necessary.
- Monitor progress of vessels during voyages and ensure timely invoicing/payment of cargoes.
- Handle storage logistics and complete storage reconciliations.
- Maximise recoveries and ensure accurate documentation and presentation of claims to third parties.
Key Requirements:
- At least 5 years' experience in cargo operations in a global oil trading company.
- Experience in working on LNG product desks.
- Understanding of technical aspects of LNG product and LNG shipping.
- Able to interpret operational requirements of each contract and review/comment on operational aspects.
- Good understanding of common ship operations and terminology.
