Salary

The estimated annual salary for this position is €45,000 - €55,000, depending on experience.

Job Description

The Customer Experience Center Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the planning and implementation of visits and events at our Schaffhausen site. This includes managing requests for CEC visits efficiently according to guidelines, liaising with local departments to set dates within the agenda, ensuring meeting rooms and equipment are fully maintained, and compiling statistics for monthly reports.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, hospitality, trade show, convention, event management or similar degree/experience in a relevant field
  • Well-organized and able to work independently
  • Motivated team player with good time management and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication skills in English and German
  • High stress resistance and flexibility
