Wir suchen nach einer engagierten Fachkraft, die unsere Kunden bei der Implementierung eines neuen Finanzmanagementsystems unterstützt. Als Finanzsystem-Manager/in sind Sie für die erfolgreiche Einführung und Integration des neuen Systems verantwortlich.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

  • Überwachung der Integration von Finanzsystemen innerhalb der Organisation
  • Verbesserung und Aufrüstung von Finanzsystemen oder -prozessen
  • Zusammenarbeit mit IT- und Finanzteams
  • Verwaltung der Migration von Finanz- und Projektfinanzdaten
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Finanzvorschriften und -standards
  • Schulung und Unterstützung des Finanzteams
  • Coaching der Stakeholder
  • Erstellung und Pflege von Dokumentationen

Anforderungen:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in Finanzwesen, Rechnungswesen oder einem verwandten Bereich
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Konsolidierung/Migration von Finanzsystemen
  • Finanzerfahrung in einem produzierenden Industrieumfeld
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse der Finanzvorschriften und -standards
  • Expertise in Finanzsoftware und -systemen
  • Lange Erfahrung bei der Implementierung von Microsoft ERP-Lösungen
