Your role:
As we continue our journey, we are looking for People Experience Partner in Switzerland. At grape we want to make sure we have a great employee experience. You will enjoy making sure our workplace is a great place to work and enjoy working on making our employees happy.
You will care about our workplace, enjoy working on administrative tasks and building a culture where our employees feel loved and empowered.
What you’ll do:- Places (50%)
- Facilities management: Manage our offices in Basel and Zurich. You will be the first point of contact for all our employees, visitors and guests.
- Greet and assist visitors. You have an hospitality mindset and enjoy welcoming our guests and vendors in the office
- Assist in vendor relationships, you make sure that the day to day running of our offices is smooth
- Administrative tasks, you will be sending and receiving mail and enjoy supporting also other teams on administrative tasks (e.g. finance, our founders)
- Make sure our workplace is a safe working environment
- Implement and maintain office policies and procedures
- People Ops & Experience (40%)
- Onboarding: you will be the first point of contact for our grape employees ensuring they feel supported and equipped for success from their first day. You will assist in our onboarding process
- People Operations: Respond to mail inquiries regarding company policies, benefits, payroll, procedures and L&D in collaboration with our People Operations Partner.
- You’ll handle all administrative touch points throughout the employee journey. Personnel Administration in collaboration with our People Operations Partner
- Organize team-building events and manage internal communication to foster a positive working environment
- You will support and contribute on people projects depending on interest and expertise
- Talent Acquisition (10%)
- Assists with recruitment and interview process. Tracking status of candidates in our ATS and respond to emails/communications
- Schedule meetings and interviews as requested
- Possibility to assist on full cycle recruitment for junior roles
- 2+ years of experience in a similar position
- Previous experience in a startup (big plus)
- You have excellent communication skills, a sense of urgency, accountability and ownership
- Able to work independently in an organized manner, as well as within a team
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Able to handle confidential information with discretion while remaining friendly and approachable
- Good communication skills, you have excellent skills in English and German
