We are seeking a seasoned HR Business Partner to join our team at Michael Page. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in supporting managers and employees on key people management activities.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of providing strategic People & Culture advice to align people strategies with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with business leaders to understand their goals and provide expert guidance on talent acquisition, talent management, learning and development, and performance management.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for managers and employees, addressing concerns and resolving issues effectively.
- Guide managers in setting clear performance goals, providing feedback, and conducting evaluations.
- Provide coaching to employees for career growth and development plans.
- University degree or further education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar function, preferably in an SME environment.
- Expertise in local HR legislation, company policies, and processes combined with some international HR exposure.
- Familiarity with change management and organizational development.
- Fluency in English (Swiss) German.
- Full proficiency in MS Office and previous exposure to HRIS implementation is a plus.
We offer a competitive salary range of CHF 80,000 - CHF 110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
