Teamlead Finance

YOUR TASKS

• Overall responsibility for financial accounting, controlling and financial reporting
• Preparation of monthly, half‒yearly and annual financial statements in accordance with the Swiss Code of Obligations and IFRS
• Development and monitoring of budget and investment plans, including the implementation of variance analyses (target/actual comparisons)
• Ensuring compliance with tax and financial regulations, as well as working closely with tax advisors and auditors
• Leading and developing a small team that collaborates closely with the IT Group Finance
• Supporting senior management through financial analysis and strategic recommendations
• Further development and optimization of financial processes, with a special focus on digitization and automation

YOUR PROFILE

• Degree in business administration, finance or a comparable field
• At least 5 years of professional experience in a comparable role, ideally in an international environment
• Experience in leading and developing teams
• Strategic thinking and strong analytical skills
• Confident handling of ERP systems (preferably SAP S4HANA)
• Good knowledge of German and English (C2), both written and spoken
