Job Summary
We are seeking a Client Lifecycle Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and communication skills, as well as experience in client onboarding and billing. As a key member of our cross-office team, you will provide support to our lawyers on all client lifecycle tasks, ensuring best practices in matter management.

Responsibilities
  • Provide support to lawyers on client lifecycle tasks;
  • Ensure compliance with 'Know Your Client' requirements;
  • Create and follow up on Letters of Engagement;
  • Liaise with partners and the accounting team regarding retainers;
  • Prepare and finalize all bills for prompt and accurate invoicing to clients;
  • Improve processes to increase efficiency and accuracy in client lifecycle tasks.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need strong interpersonal and communication skills, be responsive and proactive, and have a proven ability to work in a team as well as autonomously. Commercial experience, preferably in a law firm setting, is essential, as is excellent analytical and redaction skills. Strong computer skills, including MS Office, are required, and legal billing/file management software experience would be an advantage.
