Job Description:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Order Management team as a Team Leader, where you will lead a team of Order Management Specialists to achieve productivity and efficiency targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business administration, finance, or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience in order management within an international environment.

Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee the end-to-end order processing lifecycle, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in order fulfillment.
  2. Lead a team of Order Management Specialists to achieve productivity and efficiency targets.
  3. Establish and maintain processes to ensure seamless order processing and execution.
  4. Collaborate effectively with various teams across the organization, including Sales Managers, Accounts Receivable, and Management.
  5. Develop and implement Continuous Improvement initiatives to enhance individual workload balance and team performance.
  6. Maintain accurate data to support decision-making and ensure consistency in process execution across the team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in order management within an international environment.
  • 3+ years of proven leadership experience.
  • Strong understanding of purchase order processes and invoicing in the software industry.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a passion for helping people grow.
  • Fluent English language proficiency.
