Job Description:
This is an exciting opportunity to join our Order Management team as a Team Leader, where you will lead a team of Order Management Specialists to achieve productivity and efficiency targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business administration, finance, or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience in order management within an international environment.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the end-to-end order processing lifecycle, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in order fulfillment.
- Lead a team of Order Management Specialists to achieve productivity and efficiency targets.
- Establish and maintain processes to ensure seamless order processing and execution.
- Collaborate effectively with various teams across the organization, including Sales Managers, Accounts Receivable, and Management.
- Develop and implement Continuous Improvement initiatives to enhance individual workload balance and team performance.
- Maintain accurate data to support decision-making and ensure consistency in process execution across the team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in order management within an international environment.
- 3+ years of proven leadership experience.
- Strong understanding of purchase order processes and invoicing in the software industry.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a passion for helping people grow.
- Fluent English language proficiency.
