About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Procurement Associate to join our Finance department.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the procurement team in administrative and coordination tasks across the entire procurement process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date procurement records and documentation, including contracts, agreements, and purchase orders.
- Support the team in processing orders in the procurement systems in accordance with procurement policy and SOPs.
- Prepare regular reports on procurement activities, including cost analysis.
- Identify trends, cost-saving opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Support and enhance procurement systems to ensure optimal functionality.
- Provide technical support and training to the business.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in procurement, business administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant work experience in procurement.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and good understanding of procurement software.
- Strong communication skills, fluent in English.
- Well-organized and structured with excellent analytical skills.
