About the Role

Rapid7 is seeking a seasoned Enterprise Account Executive to drive net-new business opportunities in the Switzerland territory. As a key member of our EMEA Sales organization, you will partner with internal teams to identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities in the large accounts space.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet and exceed sales quotas by creatively sourcing new prospects and positioning Rapid7's offerings to suit their needs.
  • Stay current on competitor offerings and identify their strengths and vulnerabilities to drive new business and influence client choices.
  • Work closely with various functional teams to ensure seamless implementation and effective ongoing account growth.
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth and sustainably grow existing business.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of full cycle sales experience within Cybersecurity.
  • Proven track record of success driving revenue through prospecting, creating new business, and sustainably growing existing business.
  • Entrepreneurial approach with the ability to work well autonomously and under pressure.
  • Ability to learn, absorb, and adapt quickly to ever-changing business priorities.
  • Team player with excellent collaboration and communication skills.
