ESG Reporting and Impact Performance Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced ESG Reporting and Impact Performance Manager to join our Group Sustainability Team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the B Corp recertification journey, coordinating annual ESG reports, and ensuring alignment with the upcoming CSRD regulation.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead the B Corp Group recertification process, including scoping, disclosure questionnaires, and support for all brands and business units.
  • Animate the internal B Leaders community to play an active role in the B Corp community locally and globally.
  • Support brands in activating Impact Business Models.
  • Consolidate Group Sustainability Standards progress in a report format.
  • Ensure quarterly tracking and reporting on strategic sustainability topics across brands and departments.
  • Utilize internal reports and external frameworks for benchmarking purposes.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role with a proven track record in CSR reporting management and/or B Corp certification.
  • Solid CSRD knowledge.
  • Successful track record in leading complex projects and processes in decentralized environments.
  • Fluent in English and conversational in French is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively and engage multiple stakeholders.
