Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Information Technology Consultant to join our team as an Fiduciary Services Expert. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of structures, including trusts, investment companies, foundations, and private trust companies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, intermediaries, and internal contacts to ensure seamless communication and client retention.
- Collaborate with lawyers, tax advisors, bankers, accountants, registered agents, and other third parties to administer structures effectively.
- Implement fiduciary solutions in conjunction with legal and tax advisors, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
- Monitor financial and non-financial performance to maintain a sustainable fiduciary business.
- Participate in events as a speaker, when necessary, to promote Synpulse8's expertise.
- Provide support to the Legal and Compliance Office, ensuring alignment with company policies.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations, applying knowledge to enhance Synpulse8's services.
Requirements
- Proven experience in trustee companies with international clientele exposure or equivalent experience in the private department of legal firms or wealth planning in banking institutions.
- Strong understanding of trust instruments, their application, and benefits.
- Familiarity with relevant laws of the local jurisdiction.
- Excellent English language skills; knowledge of German is an advantage.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills combined with independence and self-motivation.
- Able to prioritize tasks under pressure and manage conflicting demands efficiently.
- Outgoing personality with confidence in speaking with end-clients.
- Capacity to understand both client needs and Synpulse8's goals.
- Team player with a flexible and open-minded approach.
- TED member status is a plus.
