Key Responsibilities
- We are seeking a Senior Typescript Developer to manage a mixed portfolio of structures, including trusts, investment companies, foundations, and private trust companies.
- You will develop working relationships with clients, intermediaries, and internal contacts to maximise client retention.
- Direct collaboration with end-clients, their lawyers, tax advisers, bankers, accountants, registered agents, and other third parties is essential to ensure proper administration of the structures.
- You will implement fiduciary solutions in cooperation with legal and tax advisors.
- Meeting financial and non-financial targets is crucial to maintain a sustainable fiduciary business.
- Potential participation in events as a speaker may arise.
- Supporting the Legal and Compliance Office is also required.
- Staying up-to-date with industry regulations and trends is vital.
Requirements
- Professional experience in trustee companies or alternative backgrounds such as private departments of legal firms or wealth planning in banking institutions is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Trust instruments, their application, and benefits is essential.
- Good understanding of local jurisdiction laws is necessary.
- Excellent English language skills; German knowledge is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal skills combined with an independent working style are required.
- Well-organised and able to deal with conflicting demands under pressure.
- An outgoing personality and confidence in speaking to end clients are essential.
- Able to understand both clients' and our firm's needs.
- A team player with an open-minded and pragmatic approach.
- TEP membership is a plus.
