Product Management Leader for Robotics Solutions

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Management Leader to join our team at Hamilton Bonaduz AG. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving growth and innovation in our product and market management applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support the Product & Market Management Applications team to drive growth and innovation.
  • Participate in the Robotics Marketing leadership team and foster collaboration between teams.
  • Develop and execute market and application strategies to drive customer success.
  • Identify new applications, markets, and innovation fields and turn them into profitable product and project roadmaps.
  • Craft effective Go-To-Market strategies and develop annual Marketing plans.
  • Gain and maintain a strong market understanding, monitor trends, competition, and customer needs.
  • Drive proactive and goal-oriented exchanges with various corporate functions.
  • Visit customers, key opinion leaders, and partners to collect market feedback.

Requirements:

  • Completed a scientific PhD or Master's degree in Life Sciences, with business experience (MBA/MAS or similar education is a plus).
  • Several years of experience in Product Management, ideally with additional business development focus, in B2B markets for the Life Sciences industry or other relevant B2B experience.
  • Leadership experience is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to facilitate change and drive new ideas.
  • Well-organized and efficient in self-management, with the ability to prioritize competing demands.
  • Fluent in German and very good English (C1 Level) is a must.
  • Ability to travel (approximately 20%) to meet and coordinate globally with the Sales team and various partners.
