Senior Test Automation Specialist

Arcondis, a global consulting company, is seeking a skilled Test Automation Engineer to join our team in the healthcare and life sciences industries.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Design and develop test automation scripts using Cucumber BDD and Selenium.
  • Develop detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on requirements and user stories.
  • Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to ensure seamless and continuous testing.
  • Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, and product managers to identify test requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
  • Identify, document, and track defects, as well as provide detailed reports on testing activities and results.
  • Mentor and guide junior test automation engineers, sharing best practices and promoting a culture of quality.
  • Stay current with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies in test automation and quality assurance.

Requirements include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in test automation.
  • Proven experience with Cucumber BDD and Selenium.
  • Proficiency in a Net programming language.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps.
  • Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality work.
  • Certifications: ISTQB certification or similar is a plus.
