Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop test automation scripts using Cucumber BDD and Selenium.
- Develop detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on requirements and user stories.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines for seamless and continuous testing.
- Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, and product managers to identify test requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
- Identify, document, and track defects, and provide detailed reports on testing activities and results.
- Mentor and guide junior test automation engineers, sharing best practices and promoting a culture of quality.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in test automation.
- Proven experience with Cucumber BDD and Selenium.
- Proficiency in .NET programming language.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps.
- Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality work.
- ISTQB certification or similar is a plus.
