EF Education First Gruppe is seeking a highly analytical Digital Marketing Strategist to lead and execute data-driven PPC marketing strategies with a primary focus on Meta Ads. The role will also manage secondary channels, including Google Display Ads, Naver Paid Search, and YouTube Ads.

About the Role:
  • Leverage expertise in performance marketing to develop, analyze, and improve paid marketing strategies based on performance data.
  • A/B test creatives, audiences, and placements to ensure campaign efficiency.
  • Track and optimize campaign budgets, bidding strategies, and key performance metrics (CPC, CTR, ROAS, CPA, etc.).
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of Meta Ads campaigns to maximize performance.
  • Develop, analyze, and improve paid marketing strategies based on performance data.
  • Manage Google Display Ads, Naver Paid Search, and YouTube Ads as secondary channels.
  • Optimize paid search campaigns on Naver to drive relevant traffic and conversions.
  • Plan and execute YouTube Ads campaigns, focusing on audience engagement and brand awareness.
Key Performance Indicators:
  • Monitor, analyze, and report performance data using Google Analytics and other performance marketing tools.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve ad efficiency and achieve KPIs.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, platform updates, and competitive strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements:
  • 5-8 years of experience in performance marketing, PPC campaign management, and digital advertising.
  • Expertise in Meta Ads strategy, execution, and optimization.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Display Ads, Naver Paid Search, and YouTube Ads.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, tracking tools, and data-driven marketing strategies.
  • Ability to analyze campaign performance metrics (CPC, CTR, ROAS, CPA, etc.) and optimize accordingly.
