Als Performance Marketing Manager wirst du Teil von unserem coolen Marketing Team und übernimmst die Entwicklung, Planung und Umsetzung der digitalen Performance-Strategie. Deine Aufgaben umfassen:
- Die Analyse der vielfältigen Kundengruppen sowie der jeweiligen Customer Journey
- Die Entwicklung, Planung und Umsetzung der B2B Performance Marketingstrategie mit einem kanalübergreifenden, partnerzentrierten Ansatz, ausgerichtet nach übergeordneten Unternehmenszielen
- Die operative Umsetzung, Steuerung und Optimierung von Performance-Kampagnen und -Massnahmen entlang des Sales Funnels

Qualifikation- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Performance Marketing im B2B Bereich, einschliesslich SEM, E-Commerce, Social Commerce, Feed Management, Affiliate Marketing und Newsletter Marketing
- Ausgeprägtes technisches Interesse sowie die Fähigkeit, vernetzt zu denken und komplexe Sachverhalte einfach und strukturiert darzustellen
- Ausgeprägte analytische und strategische Fähigkeiten und Erfahrung mit den wichtigsten Plattformen
