Trade Execution Specialist

ONE Agency | IT Recruitment Experts is seeking a highly skilled Trade Execution Analyst to join our team.
About the RoleWe are looking for a talented individual to support the trading desk and ensure the smooth processing of trade execution and trade reconciliation. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Providing frontline support to the trading desk and ensuring the highest degree of accuracy, diligence, and speed in post-trade activities.
- Ensuring the effective resolution of trade breaks and troubleshooting in a fairly automated process.
- Acting as deputy trader to manage trade execution across global markets.
- Contributing to the technical development of our portfolio management and execution platform.
- Maintaining and improving system interfaces to both internal and external counterparties to reduce costs and operational risks.
- Ensuring the highest data quality for signal generation, performance analysis, and reporting.
We are looking for a pleasant, open-minded, and self-motivated team player with a genuine interest in financial markets. The ideal candidate will have:
- A Bachelor/Master degree in computer science, engineering, or applied mathematics from a university or technical college.
- Strong object-oriented language programming skills, preferably C++/C#.
- Applied knowledge of data modeling, including relational databases (SQL).
- Solid Excel and VBA skills.
- 23 years of work experience in the financial industry a plus but not required – fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Fast learner, analytical, and numerate with an ability to abstract, assess, and solve problems.
- Excellent attention to detail and a proactive response to mistakes.
- Well-organized/priority-driven with a practical and methodological approach to work.
- Fluent in English, other languages a plus.
