Job DescriptionThis Senior IT Infrastructure position involves joining the IT department, where you will be responsible for daily operations and external partner relations. As an integral member of the team, you will actively participate in IT and banking projects with our Projects team.
You will serve as a secondary point of contact for security and business continuity management.
Missions:- Support: Provide 2nd and 3rd-level support for all collaborators.
- Infrastructure Management: Manage and leverage local infrastructure, including VMWare, Veeam, Citrix, and Simplivity.
- Security Monitoring: Ensure security monitoring and evolution, including end-of-life support and security improvement.
- Data Loss Prevention: Daily management of data loss prevention systems.
- RPA Maintenance: Maintain and capitalize on robots (Blueprism).
- Day-to-Day Operations: Ensure day-to-day operations with ASSL, including access requests, incident management, outsourced activities, and backup security validations.
- External Partner Relations: Establish and maintain relationships with external IT partners.
- Scripting and Automation: Develop scripting and automation for best-quality service.
- Regulatory Compliance: Maintain regulatory compliance, business continuity planning, SLA, and internal controls.
- Strategic Initiatives: Participate in strategic initiatives and build detailed business cases.
To excel in this role, you must possess:
- At least 5 years' experience as an IT Engineer
- General knowledge in engineering (Systems, Network, and Security)
- Excellent knowledge of Windows server, Active Directory, VMWare, Veeam, Citrix, and MS Teams
- Good knowledge of private banking industry (confidentiality, processes, security)
- Excellent communication and writing skills in French and English (minimum level B2)
- Ability to work in a small team and independently
- Ability to conduct technological analyses and research
- Good communication and service-oriented skills
