  • Administration des serveurs : Déployer, configurer, superviser et assurer le bon fonctionnement de l'infrastructure locale en garantissant sa performance et sa disponibilité.
  • Gestion du réseau : Maintenir et optimiser les équipements réseau (switches, routeurs, pare-feu) afin d'assurer une connectivité stable et sécurisée.
  • Gestion des identités et des accès : Administrer les comptes utilisateurs sur Active Directory et Office 365.
  • Postes de travail et mobilité : Installer, configurer et gérer les environnements de travail (Windows 10, Office 365) ainsi que les terminaux mobiles (iPhone, iPad) via l'outil MDM du groupe.
  • Sécurité des données : Assurer la protection des informations via des solutions de sauvegarde fiables, en conformité avec les directives internes.
  • Continuité d'activité : Contribuer à la mise en place et à l'amélioration du Plan de Reprise d'Activité (PRA) ainsi que des mesures de cybersécurité définies au niveau du groupe.
  • Collaboration avec les équipes métiers : Apporter un support technique aux équipes locales et participer aux projets IT à l'échelle nationale et internationale.
  • Support technique : Diagnostiquer et résoudre les incidents liés à l'infrastructure et aux postes de travail tout en garantissant un niveau de service conforme aux engagements SLA.
    • Appui au Responsable IT régional : Assister dans la mise en place des stratégies et initiatives IT à l'échelle EMEA.
    • Encadrement technique : Apporter un soutien aux équipes locales afin d'uniformiser les pratiques et renforcer les compétences en matière d'infrastructure.
    • Conception des systèmes : Définir et déployer des architectures adaptées aux besoins des filiales tout en respectant les standards globaux.
    • Modernisation des infrastructures : Accompagner la transition des entités régionales vers des environnements hybrides intégrant des solutions Cloud adaptées.
    • Optimisation budgétaire : Élaborer des stratégies pour améliorer la gestion des coûts tout en garantissant des performances alignées sur les besoins opérationnels.
      • Diplômé en informatique
      • Expérience significative en gestion d'infrastructure IT, incluant serveurs, réseaux, et postes de travail.
      • Maîtrise des environnements Windows Server, Active Directory, Office 365, et des solutions réseau (Cisco, Palo Alto).
      • Expérience avec les solutions Cloud Microsoft Azure préférable
      • Compétences en architecture IT et en transition vers des environnements Cloud.
      • Capacité à proposer des solutions techniques innovantes et à optimiser les coûts tout en maintenant des standards élevés de performance et de sécurité.
      • Capacité à gérer des projets techniques en toute autonomie et à collaborer avec différentes équipes
      • Excellentes compétences en résolution de problèmes et orientation service client
      • Connaissance des bonnes pratiques ITIL et capacité à documenter les processus techniques
      • Maitrise du français et de l'anglais
