Job Description

We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily operations and external partner relations within the IT department. They will also participate in IT and banking projects with our Projects team and serve as a secondary point of contact for security and business continuity management.

Missions:
  • Provide 2nd and 3rd-level support for all collaborators
  • Manage and leverage local infrastructure (VMWare, Veeam, Citrix, Simplivity)
  • Ensure security monitoring and its evolution (following end-of-life support and improving security)
  • Daily management of data loss prevention systems
  • Maintain and capitalize on Robots (Blueprism)
  • Ensure day-to-day operations with ASSL (access requests, incident management, outsourced activities, backup security validations)
  • Ensure relations with external IT partners (operation meetings, access requests, incident management, outsourced activities, disaster recovery)
  • Scripting and automation for best quality of service
  • Maintain regulatory compliance, business continuity planning, SLA, internal controls
  • Participate in strategic initiatives and build detailed business cases
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • At least 5 years' experience as an IT Engineer
  • General knowledge in Engineering (Systems, Network, and Security)
  • Excellent knowledge of Windows server, Active Directory, VMWare, Veeam, Citrix, MS Teams
  • Good knowledge of private banking industry (confidentiality, processes, security)
  • Excellent communication and writing skills in French and English (minimum level B2)
  • Ability to work in a small team and independently
  • Ability to conduct technological analyses and research
  • Good communication and service-oriented skills
