About the Role

You will prepare, design, and implement transformations in business and IT that have an impact on organizational structure, way of working, and culture.

  • Conception of HR and HR IT strategies and target operating models in the context of digital transformations.
  • Program and project management in national and international environments.
  • Efficient linking between business and strategy.
  • Translating the latest organizational and transformation trends into a Capgemini approach.
  • Business development utilizing a combination of organization relationships, company relationships, and personal networks.
  • Academic excellence: Outstanding bachelor's or master's degree in a renowned University or University of Applied Sciences in Economics, Social Sciences, or Information Technology.
  • Industry knowledge: Several years of practical project experience in digital transformation, specifically in Insurance, Consumer Goods & Retail, Manufacturing, and Life Science industries.
  • Consulting experience: Practical experience in partial project management in the HR environment.
  • Conceptual talent: Rational thinking and ease of combining technological understanding, strategic evaluation, and implementation work.
  • Communication and presentation skills: Fluent English (written and spoken). German or French language skills (C1 level) are mandatory.
  • Cultural fit: High reliability, team spirit, and personal fit for a leading global management consulting firm (international orientation & openness to travel).
  • Flexibility: Work at customer sites, Capgemini Invent offices, or from home.
