Job Description

The Operational Excellence Manager (f/m/d) is responsible for developing and implementing the Operational Excellence strategy at BioAtrium. This includes the deployment of continued improvement, lean, and six sigma tools to drive a culture of continuous improvement.

Main Responsibilities
  • Understand and facilitate the creation of Value Stream Maps of business processes to identify areas for improvement.
  • Apply lean and six sigma tools to deliver effective solutions and mentor team members in Lean / Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Pro-actively lead and facilitate improvement/problem solving workshops to uncover and assess lean opportunities.
Key Requirements
  • Bachelor degree or equivalent experience required; Master preferred.
  • Advanced number of years of experience in the area of Lean Six Sigma.
  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt required.
  • Strong leadership skills, very good communication skills, and interaction with all kinds of interfaces within customers and the project organization.
