Am Standort

Visp

wird ein/e Manager/in Operational Excellence gesucht. In dieser Stelle sind Sie dafür verantwortlich, die betrieblichen Abläufe systematisch und kontinuierlich zu verbessern. Sie unterstützen alle Mitarbeiter in diesem Bestreben mit den entsprechenden Werkzeugen, betreuen Leiter von Verbesserungsprojekten und leiten selber entsprechende Projekte. Sie setzen die OE-Strategie der Betriebsleitung in praktische Aktionen um, schaffen bzw. erhalten die Verbindung der lokalen Projekte zu globalen OE-Initiativen. Sie trainieren Weiss
- (Problemlösungsmethodik), Gelb
- (Lean-Werkzeuge) und Grüngurte (DMAIC und Statistik) bis zur Zertifizierung.

Ihre Aufgaben:
- Sie helfen dem Betriebs-Team, Probleme sichtbar zu machen und wirksame Lösungen zu finden.- Sie decken mit dem Team Lean-Potentiale auf und helfen, die Projekte mit dem höchsten Nutzen im Einklang mit Transformationszielen zu priorisieren und strukturiert durchzuführen.- Sie leiten und moderieren Workshops zu Verbesserung und Problemlösung.- Sie leiten einzelne Projekte, wenden dabei Lean
- und SixSigma-Werkzeuge und -Konzepte an (5S, Standard-Arbeit, PDCA, DMAIC, Visual Management, Lean Flow, usw.).- Sie managen die Projekt-Landschaft des Betriebes mit einem PMO-Ansatz.- Zusammen mit Funktionsleitern legen Sie Ziele für die kontinuierliche Verbesserung fest und sind in dieser Eigenschaft Bindeglied zur übergeordneten Business Unit und zur Division.- Sie sind Mentor und Coach für Lean und SixSigma und schulen die Betriebsangehörigen in der Methodik.

Ihr Anforderungsprofil:
- Technikerschule (HF)/ Fachhochschulstudium (FH)/ Uni Studium, vorzugsweise in einem Bereich wie: Chemie, Pharmazie, Verfahrenstechnik, Systemtechnik.- Lean/SixSigma BlackBelt- Erfahrung im GMP-Bereich sowie in der Teamführung sind von Vorteil- Sie sprechen fliessend Deutsch und Englisch- Sie bringen Freude an interdisziplinärer Arbeit im Team mit- Sie arbeiten selbstständig und ergreifen gerne die Initiative- Sie sind belastbar und bewahren auch in schwierigen Situationen einen kühlen Kopf
