is looking for a Trainer / Operational Excellence (M/F/d). Could this be your next challenge?

Key responsibilities:
- Plan, develop, lead, drive and execute improvements projects to deliver successful results using lean, six sigma and other approaches- Establish performance measures and report milestone project progress, elevate major barriers to progress to ensure projects are delivered to plan- Lead process and technical investigations, drive root cause analysis and product impact assessments and definition of Corrective Actions and Preventive Actions. Ensure timely resolution and preparation of the required documentation- Identify and implement opportunities for new technology development and/or improvements to existing technologies- Act as technical and professional mentor/coach for less experienced colleagues- Support manufacturing team with development of training curriculum for chemist, plant foremen and operators-
- Being part of the Small/Medium Scale Plant Leadership Team

Key requirements:
- Proven process understanding in chemical / pharmaceutical manufacturing (cGMP & safety aspects)- Proven Leadership competence- Fluent in both German and English- Very strong communication skills, both verbal and written- Strong presentation skills for developing and delivering training to elevate knowledge, skills and behaviors at multiple levels of the organization- Dealing with high level of ambiguity using coaching skills-
- Establish and consistently delivers on KPIs and challenging goals
