Für den Bereich Biologics Operations in Visp sind wir aktuell auf der Suche nach einem Bio-Manufacturing Expert im Bereich Training & Operational Excellence (M/F/d). Die Aufgaben sind Leitung des Biologics Trainer Teams für technisches Training im Lonza Training Center Visp, sowie die Durchführung und kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Schulungsprogramme innerhalb von Biologics Operations in Visp.

**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Sie sind verantwortlich für die Leitung des Biologics Operations Trainer Teams im Lonza Training Center Visp
- Entwicklung und Etablierung von Trainingskonzepten und neuen Trainingsmethoden für Techniker und Wissenschaftler
- Durchführung von Trainingsbedarfsanalysen sowie Evaluation von Kompetenzen und Qualifikationen
- Zielgerichtete Zusammenarbeit mit dem Biologics Operations Team Visp
- Zusammenarbeit mit Lonza-Standorten sowie externen Institutionen und Universitäten/ Hochschulen
- Koordination und Betreuung von studienbegleitenden Praktika (BA, MA, PhD)

**Was wir von Ihnen erwarten**:

- Einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Bioproduktion unter GMP
- Idealerweise bringen Sie ein abgeschlossenes Studium mit
- Sie haben Spass daran, Menschen zu führen, fördern und auszubilden
- Erfahrung in der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung von Prozessen (Lean SixSigma Methodologie)
- Strukturierte, organisierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Fliessende Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
