Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated and entrepreneurial Business Development Specialist to join our team. As a Business Development Specialist, you will play a crucial role in promoting our core body temperature sensing solutions in the wearables and MedTech markets.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Researching and coordinating with customers in international markets to identify new business opportunities.
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and expand our customer base.
- Collaborating with our marketing team to create effective marketing campaigns and materials.
- Managing and analyzing our customer pipeline and CRM system to optimize sales performance.
- Providing exceptional customer support and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A strong background in science, engineering, or business with a focus on medical or technical applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- Good Excel skills and experience with CRM systems and marketing software.
- A willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
- A valid Swiss working permit.
