Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated and entrepreneurial Business Development Specialist to join our team. As a Business Development Specialist, you will play a key role in promoting our thermal sensing solutions in the wearables and MedTech market.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Identifying and generating research leads to expand our customer base
- Developing and implementing strategies to increase sales and improve product offerings
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance company processes and improve customer satisfaction
- Managing and analyzing customer pipelines to optimize business growth
- Supporting global marketing activities to expand our reach and brand awareness
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A strong background in business development, preferably with experience in the MedTech or wearables industry
- Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to customers
- Proven track record of success in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong willingness to take on new challenges
- Fluency in English, with proficiency in German and other languages an asset
