Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Embedded System Software Developer to join our R&D Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and developing firmware for our wireless wearable products.
Key Responsibilities- Design and develop firmware for our wireless wearable products.
- Ensure maintainability and testability of the code, automate testing processes.
- Optimize test setups for characterization of sensors, materials, and devices.
- Write reports and technical documentation.
- Contribute to building and maintaining a secure and powerful company IT infrastructure as part of the IT department.
- Master's degree in software engineering, electrical engineering, or a related field.
- Proficiency in C, C++ firmware development with a proven track record.
- Prior experience with BLE or ANT+ communication and RTOS.
- Good understanding of software engineering principles for embedded systems.
- Advanced level of Python, Git workflow, and code documentation principles.
- Solid foundation in mathematics, electronics, and physics.
- Prior experience with nRF5 SDK or nRF Connect SDK is a plus.
- Experience with automation of HW and FW testing (HIL) is a plus.
- Hands-on mentality and experience with hardware and PCB design is a plus.
- Fluent in English. German is a plus.
- Valid work permit for EU/EFTA countries.
